Gerald P. MacGuire, a bond salesman for the Stock Exchange house of Grayson M.P. Murphy & Co., reiterated his denials yesterday of Major Gen. Smedley D.Butler’s charges that MacGuire had “approached” him in a purported plot by Wall Street interests to establish a Fascist dictatorship.
